This is more than just a workout—it’s a structured, 8- week training program that includes 2 classes per week (16 total sessions). The focus is on developing faster, more explosive, and stronger athletes through a mix of speed mechanics, agility drills, and foundational strength work.
This program is ideal for athletes ages 6+ in any sport who want to use the off-season to improve movement, build strength, and gain a competitive edge. The off-season is where real growth happens—don’t waste it.
Individual - $120 per month ($15 per class) or $220 for the full 8 weeks.
Siblings (2) - $100 per sibling per month.
Please select what times you would like to attend each day. This helps us prepare the space accordingly. If you need to change times after the first session, please let one of our coaches know.
