This is more than just a workout—it’s a structured, 6- week training program that includes 2 classes per week (12 total sessions). The focus is on developing faster, more explosive, and stronger athletes through a mix of speed mechanics, agility drills, and foundational strength work.
This program is ideal for athletes ages 6+ in any sport who want to use the off-season to improve movement, build strength, and gain a competitive edge. The off-season is where real growth happens—don’t waste it.
Individual - $20 Per Class
For Quantity - please put the number of weeks you are planning on attending. “Quantity 1” will charge you for one option that you have chosen.
